1. Lead time?
Usually 7 days. For customized orders, it needs 10-15 days.
2. Warranty?
1-2 years.
3. If the product is in stock, can it be shipped on the same day?
Not really.
Many customers think that the goods can be shipped on the same day.
We can only guarantee that they will be shipped within 7 days.
Because there will be special circumstances here.
- Inventory quantities are not updated promptly.
- When the express is sent, the goods are picked up and the tracking number will not be available until the next day. So the pickup and order numbers will not be updated on the same day. (Third-party freight forwarders are cheaper. If it is an official express delivery, you can have logistics information on the same day, but it is very expensive.
4. If I make an urgent order, can be quick?
3 steps can make the order faster.
1) Make all details clear before production.
If make any changes in the process, all will restart.
2) Arrange the payment earlier, and send the bank slip to sales.
3) If delivered by express, provide the correct detailed address with the zip code early.
5. I want to use our brand, how about the MOQ?
We know customers make ODM orders with small QTYs sometimes, it's no problem. We can discuss it.
6. How can we be your distributor?
Before our discussion, make a sample order to see our quality, then make a formal order, we need to know each other first. Let me know your purchase ability, and let you know our quality and service.
7. I have some products in small quantities, I want to save some charge, could you help me to purchase then delivery together?
It will relate some details about customs. But simple to say, if we know the products well, no problem. Otherwise, we can't, it will cause troubles, like incorrect purchase, bad quality, and so on.
8. I don't see all the models of products on your website and catalog, I need other models, do you have them?
Check with our sales, please.
The reasons can be:
1) Some models are all old.
2) Some models are not customer regular purchases.
9. May I have a free sample?
Some products are available, some are not, depending on goods value, and should pay the shipping cost.
10. If I send you an inquiry, when will I get a reply?
The fastest in an hour, the slowest in 2 working days. Except holidays.
11. How about your after-sale service?
It's the biggest thing for us. We have a sincere heart in our service.
12. When I send a message on WhatsApp, why no reading and no reply?
We have to explain it sincerely.
1) When we use VPN on the phone, we usually can't use other apps normally, so we should close it sometimes.
2) Whatsapp doesn't work very well in China. Sometimes we may miss some messages.
3) Whatsapp needs regular updates but sometimes it doesn't log in after updating.
4) Send us an email is the best way for a quick reply, it's always our formal way to do business and good for recording.
13. When I use WeChat, can I contact you quickly?
Wechat is indeed faster than whatsapp.
14. Is your company a manufacturer?
No.
Our company is a supplier, wholesaler.
We know that there are many companies integrating industry and trade. They only produce one type of product and the rest are outsourced.
